MATERNITY, NEWBORN, INFANT, FAMILY PORTRAIT SESSIONS
To reserve your date a 50% of the session fee is due within one week of reserving your date, a sign contract and model release form. All session fees are non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to your session. Session fees cover your photographers time and talent, post processing of 35 to 50 images, product included in the session package, and a private online gallery.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the post-processing of your images in my digital lab. Once your photos are ready you will be notified by email and at that time you will schedule your ordering session.
All photo and product orders are made in person. Classic Photos by Toya requires a $100 minimum purchase. Any orders under $100.00 will be subject to a $25.00 handling fee. Orders are not fulfilled until final payment has been received.
Delivery time for print products can range from 1 to 2 weeks. Custom products may need need longer (4 to 8 weeks). Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
In the event that you need to cancel your session, please give 24 to 48 hour advance notice. Your session fee will be applied to your next session. You must reschedule at the time of canceling to have your session fee reapplied. Session fees will cover one rescheduling.
GA sales tax apply to all session fees, print and product orders.
